    Please consider adding the option to select multiple choices on the SLA filters as well as the option to Exclude certain choices from the SLA.The use case examples are as follows:1. Tickets opened in 24 hours need a response, unless they are from a given site or priority 2. Most incident types have the same SLA, except for certain service requests
