User resolving their own incidents

    We noticed the user are able to resolve their own incident, has this always been this way on how SAManage designed for?Can we modify other type of resolution on the State dropdown box, other than new and resolved?We would like to have user input what was resolved, if they did this by themselves. Thank you!"
