    On the agent side it looks like we need to buff out some pretty important features. Probably the most important is the ability to passively enter our time so it is correctly dated.1. We enter our time as batches generally - so an agent enters a ticket from last week, enter the time and add the date/time combo. You do two hours one day, then an hour another etc -- all the while you are probably entering it a few days after you actually did the work.2. Reporting on time - we need reports about who/what/where all related to time. I can give you a specific report output but currently there is nothing that really utilizes time here.3. Dashboard widget about 'Work completed today' - this needs to show the site, tasks, time "
