Samanage is excited to announce an upcoming update that will enhance the way you preview incidents and service requests, allowing you to see more about a ticket directly from the index view
When you click the eagle eye preview button on the incidents or service request pages, a panel will open up on the right of the screen, giving you a quick look at the details of the request.
Once you have clicked the icon, the preview screen remains open on the right hand side of the screen until you’re done and decide to close it. You will also be able to click through incidents and service requests through the preview pane.
This release will also include sticky headers in the index views throughout the application. This will keep your header on the screen as you scroll down the page, making it easier for you to locate the correct columns when doing inline edits or mass updates.
