The trend report features both a bar chart and line chart showing open versus resolved Incidents in various time frames.
You can see these trends by days of the week, or choose to drill down to a specific day.
The heatmap report shows you when your Service Desk is at its busiest. Hover over the colored boxes to see more information on the Incidents.
