Samanage is excited to announce the addition of two new predefined report types designed to give you at-a-glance information on trends impacting your service desk. By analyzing this data, you are able to get an additional layer of insights to ensure you are continuously improving the services your organization needs.

 

Incidents trend

The trend report features both a bar chart and line chart showing open versus resolved Incidents in various time frames. 

 

You can see these trends by days of the week, or choose to drill down to a specific day.

 

 

 

Incidents heatmap

The heatmap report shows you when your Service Desk is at its busiest. Hover over the colored boxes to see more information on the Incidents.
