Samanage is excited to announce the release of additional enhancements to our automations functionality. Automations give you the control to build rules to run your service desk in the most efficient way for your business needs.
The main highlight:
We are adding the concept of additional triggers. Currently, automations can be set when tickets and service requests are first created. Our newest trigger will allow you to set automation rules for when comments are made on those tickets and service requests!
We are also adding additional actions and conditions to the automation rules- when the feature goes live, we will have a full breakdown and use case scenarios to help you adopt these new rules into your service desk quickly.
