Samanage Status Page
The Samanage status page is our "megaphone" to customers about the status of the application. If you believe there may be a system-wide issue, this is the quickest and easiest way to check and see what may be going on.
You can also use the status page to check the history of the app's status (downtime / scheduled maintenance / incidents).
When we post on the status page:
- In case of a major outage (App is down)
- In case 3 or more customers report an issue that affects business operations without a workaround available
- In case of planned maintenance
- If we feel like the issue is major enough to update all our customers
NOTE: In case of an app outage, it may take a couple of minutes for the status to be updated
