We’re excited to announce that we’re redesigning the user experience in Samanage to streamline the way you use the tool and allow your team to work more efficiently.
Here are some of the design goals we are driving for with these changes:
- Ensure a consistent, streamlined experience across the entire platform
- Give agents better ways to view, manage, and update all index queues (eg. tickets, changes, and assets)
- Pave the groundwork to support future UX enhancements
Due to the magnitude of this project, we’re releasing this in a phased approach in order to minimize impact on the day to day operations of your service desk. Note that larger changes may be released in Samanage Labs. We will inform you if any extra steps are needed to take advantage of these updates.
Note that you may see some inconsistencies throughout the application during this construction time. We chose to release capabilities as they become available rather than wait until full completion, enabling you to begin gaining the benefits that come from feature improvements.
