Samanage is excited to announce that we have added filtering capabilities for Requesters via the Service Portal. This enhancement lets Requesters easily refine subsets of data from the Service Portal to reference things like past requests, tasks, approvals, and solutions articles. These are similar to the filtering capabilities available in the technician view of the application. 

 

This Feature will be available on the:

  • My Request Tab
  • Solutions Tab
  • Task/Approval Tab

 

This was released the the enhancement allowing you Add Categories/Subcategories for Solutions Articles. We recommend creating Categories and Subcategories to your Solutions before this release to give your requesters better filtering criteria.
