Samanage has made a naming update to the system Setup options that changes the name of the “Forms and Fields” setup to “Custom Fields and Forms” With recent enhancements to the application, Custom Fields and Forms will allow you to better manage, track, and report on the specific criteria important to your organization. Also, by making custom fields available on your Service Portal, you can get all the necessary data points at the ticket submission- allowing you to automate ticket routing and close tickets more quickly.
