The tasks section in Samanage is unique to each user so that they can quickly see all of the tasks they need to complete. The tasks section can be found next to the dashboard, which is the first thing you will see every time you log onto Samanage. When you select the "Tasks" tab you will see a list of your tasks as well as their due dates as shown below:

A user's role will dictate what tasks they will be able to see in this list. A standard user will only be able to see their own tasks where a manager or administrator would be able to see everyone's tasks to know what's due today, this week, or maybe past due. You can certainly set up custom roles and permissions to scope this how you would like.

 

You can choose to filter this list in order to display the information you are looking for. The options to filter can be found in the top left part of the screen as shown below:

Once you have used the filters to find the data you are looking for you can save that report, set it as a default view, or export that data.
