Enhanced Incident Statistics Reporting

Samanage has made an enhancement to Incident Statistics Reporting. In addition to reporting Average Time to Response based on elapsed time, users can now report this same information based upon business hours, giving you greater flexibility to measure and reduce incident response times. This new statistic will work for all existing data, dating back approximately two years, when Samanage introduced business hours.
