Have you ever wanted to filter resolved objects that are related to other records instead of being forced to view the complete list? Or perhaps sort those objects based on who an incident is assigned to? For example, if you have a problem with hundreds of attached incidents, you will no longer have to page through all of them to view which ones are resolved. Now you can simply apply the filter that will show you what is attached to the problem, then apply secondary filters to that result that will allow you to see a variety of useful information, such as which objects are resolved. This speeds up the task and improves accuracy for your query.

Now users can do that and more when they click on the link that says ‘view all ## incidents’ attached to an object. Users will notice that the original filter (related objects) will remain when you add filters or sort the results. You will be able to use the original results as a baseline as you apply additional filters. In addition, Samanage will also remove the previous restriction that required more than 10 items to be attached before being able to view ‘attached incidents’.
