Samanage is pleased to announce the release of new Service Agent Reports.

 

New Service Agent Reports give more insight and visibility into the efficiency of each agent on the team, providing management another view into potential areas for improvement, or reasons for praise, summarized in a simple to use report based off of the time tracked, per agent. 

 

This new report can be broken down across a variety of parameters, including:

  • By Site
  • By Department
  • By Service Type (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Release)
  • ...and more.

 

The below screenshots give you a quick glimpse of how this feature can be applied to your needs.

There is no special setup required to enable the new feature.  Simply have your agents accurately track their time and you will immediately be able to begin gaining valuable insights by building Service Agent Reports to meet your information needs.
