New Dynamic Filtering for Samanage reports delivers greater visibility and simplicity

Today, Samanage released a significant upgrade to our user experience by way of Dynamic Filtering for reports. With this new capability, everyone can gain new levels of visibility into service desk operations to speed delivery and improve efficiency by customizing key information specific to their needs.


Dynamic Filtering lets you easily add, modify, and remove filters using a cleaner, more intuitive approach. You can also use custom fields - that can be added or combined into unique filters -  to extend your visibility into how you can customize your processes. This capability is also useful when reviewing your saved and scheduled reports, helping you uncover new insights.


Now, users can apply this capability to more quickly and efficiently understand:

  • How many incidents are outstanding...
  • How many problems a given agent is working on...
  • What department has the largest number of service requests…
  • What software assets are deployed by category...
  • ...and much more.

Dynamic Filtering is part of all Samanage reports effective immediately and there is no special setup to enable the new feature.
